JW Hunt Realty was founded by Broker/Owner/Property Manager Jason Hunt in 2009. After working with other real estate companies in town during the “boom period” of the early 2000’s Jason decided to open his own brokerage during one of the historically worst years in the real estate industry. He wanted a brokerage that wasn’t just a mill of real estate agents looking for their next sale and where clients are just a number. His real estate practice has always been the approach of being a real estate consultant, with the goal of his clients being lifelong relationships.
